Two young talents to watch for and a PSP favourite and rising star from our production of Bat Boy.  Here are three more reasons to join us for Another Taste of Italy.

BREE GREIG

Bree is so proud and honored to be a member of the beautiful Patrick Street family!  Her Vancouver professional debut was with Patrick Street two years ago when she played Shelley Parker in Bat Boy: the Musical.  Since then Bree has performed for the Vancouver Playhouse (Luisa in The Fantasticks), Axis Theatre, and most recently the Arts Club Theatre Company in Craigslist Cantata which she will tour with later this year.

In addition to singing and acting Bree can also be found teaching yoga at various studios in Vancouver.  Many thanks to Peter and Katey for their consistent  hard work, inspiration, and dedication to the Vancouver live theatre scene.

JOEL BALLARD

Joel recently made his professional theatre debut as Denis in the Chemainus/Gateway Theatre production of All Shook Up. Other theatre credits include Danno in Since You Left Us (Blisshouse Productions), John in John and Jen (Undiscovered Theatre), Parsons in 1984 (Virtual Stage), and John Bristle in The Park (Studio 58).

He has appeared on TV in SpectacularRagz, and as a finalist on the CBC reality series Triple Sensation. Joel is a proud graduate of Studio 58.

CAMERON DUNSTER

Cameron was born and raised in North Vancouver and has been performing around the city since he was nine years old. Recently, he was a featured dancer in the cast of Victor/Victoria at the Metro. Other credits include: Hero in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Fighting Chance Productions), Drake in Annie (Gateway), Zack in Bare: A Pop Opera (FCP), The Doctor in A New Brain (Pipedream), as well as Showtunes! Year by Year: 1971(Applause) and Singin’ in the Rain (TUTS).

Cameron is a recent graduate of Capilano University’s Musical Theatre program where he appeared in FootlooseMy Life with Albertine, and Cinderella as the Prince. He recently received the Ovation Award for the Most Outstanding Newcomer in 2011. In his free time, Cameron teaches drama at Norgate Elementary School.
